To help rebuild the human immune system's strength and resistance, consider the following suggestions:

  • Drink ESSIAC® as suggested by your healthcare practitioner, pharmacy or health / nutrition center.
  • Avoid exhaustion, stress and fatigue.
  • Practice relaxation techniques such as meditation, yogo, or tai chi
